This is the first bike fit system that I purchased back in 1988. At that time I owned a bicycle store in Green Bay Wisconsin and early on realized the importance of getting a body on a bike in the right place so as to have a comfortable position that will allow the rider to create the maximum amount of power that is possible. This system required measuring inseam, torso, femur, tibula/fibula, arm and foot length and then referencing the sizing guide to determine fram size, saddle height, stem length etc.
The evolution of the bike fitting systems have come along way and now I have a motorized machine that lets me adjust the riders position without the having to get off the bike. I can tilt the machine to simulate an incline or decline. I can also increase the resistance that the rider feels to really test the positin
