My History with bodies on bikes (bike fitting)

The old technology-analog system

This is the first bike fit system that I purchased back in 1988. At that time I owned a bicycle store in Green Bay Wisconsin and early on realized the importance of getting a body on a bike in the right place so as to have a comfortable position that will allow the rider to create the maximum amount of power that is possible.  This system required measuring inseam, torso, femur, tibula/fibula, arm and foot length and then referencing the sizing guide to determine fram size, saddle height, stem length etc.

New Technology-GURU System

The evolution of the bike fitting systems have come along way and now I have a motorized machine that lets me adjust the riders position without the having to get off the bike.  I can tilt the machine to simulate an incline or decline. I can also increase the resistance that the rider feels to really test the positin
