I offer two fit levels
This fit is performed on your existing bike on a stationary trainer. The process starts with you on your bike to observe your current riding position. We discuss what you are feeling and specifically the seat. The seat is critical in allowing the rider to maintain proper posture while pedaling the bike. "The anatomy of the saddle must work for the anatomy of the rider" In this process it requires that you get off the bike so that adjustments can be made to your position.
The GURU premium dynamic fit is performed using the GURUmotorized machine. This allows me to make adjustments to your position while you stay put pedal. The GURU system allows me to save a number of different positions so that we can compare one position vs another. This is where the magic happens because we can really scrutinize which position is best for you. You will get a full fit data report.
Proper cleat position is critical to the transfer of power through the foot/shoe into the pedal. There are a number of factors to placing the cleat in the correct spot on the shoe. The forward/aft position on the shoe. The side to side position and the rotational position will all affect how the leg transfers power through the pedal. The knee is especially sensitive to cleat position and may get irritated easily.
