The shoe/foot pedal interface is very important. If you are using a pedal system that lets you "clip in" to the pedal the placement and alignment of the cleat is critical. You really don't want to just "slap" the cleats on your shoes, I use tools to place the cleat in the correct spot on the shoe and then with a lazer I make sure you have the proper amount of "float" or rotational adjustment.
The "GURU" system allows me to adjust the riders position while you continue to ride. There is no need to stop and get off the bike so I can make an adjustment to the saddle height, fore and aft or the handlebar position. It is all done "on the fly" !
